Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 48 hours. Tracking information will be sent to your email when one is generated. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

If orders are refused by customers at the point of delivery or if there is a chargeback to Queens Country Club for return shipping  the customer is financially responsible and it will be deducted from their credit.
